Theodore J. Stevenson III’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. His experience ranges from small to multi-million dollar transactions, to advising clients on general corporate governance, as well as, guiding clients through a myriad of non-business issues. Theodore currently negotiates the terms and conditions for commercial service and products contracts on behalf of the Federal government at the General Services Administration. His negotiation experience includes representing the Federal government against a variety of businesses from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Drawing on his broad legal experience, Theodore also aids non-profit clients by counseling them through the complexities of charitable organization, tax exemption applications, and state regulatory registrations.
